Due to ongoing expansion, we are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team on a UK-based project, working in a 6:2 rotation system.

This role offers a unique mix of on-site coordination, project administration, and close cooperation with clients and internal teams.

Your qualifications

• Readiness to work on-site in the UK in a 6:2 rotation system;
• UK driving licence (mandatory);
• Very good level of English;
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
• Effective negotiation skills;
• Attention to detail and a structured way of working;
• Cost-conscious and efficiency-driven mindset;
• Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions;
• Experience in the wind industry or renewable energy sector is a strong plus, but we will also consider candidates without previous wind industry experience;
• Experience in manpower coordination will be an asset.

Your Role

• On-site project execution in the UK;
• Coordinating and reporting in the following areas: travel & accommodation, fleet, tools & equipment, manpower, subcontractors;
• Project planning and schedule control;
• Monitoring project progress and reporting deviations;
• Daily representation of FairWind towards clients on-site and building long-term relationships;
• Establishing, monitoring, and controlling project budgets;
• Managing and maintaining project documentation;
• Project cost management with a strong focus on cost efficiency;
• Performing site inspections.
