Job Description
Uplight is creating a new category of energy. We make software that manages energy resources in homes and businesses-including things like smart thermostats, electric vehicles, solar panels, storage batteries, heat pumps, and even people's behavior-to generate, shift, or save energy to balance the grid, making it more efficient and reliable. This creates clean energy capacity that can be used by the power grid instead of burning more fossil fuels. Our solutions accelerate the transition to clean energy and save money for energy customers.

To be successful, you'll need to collaborate effectively with Uplight Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams. The right candidate is highly organized, communicates clearly, and is comfortable working with data and tools to support program visibility and execution. Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones is important for this role.

- Maintain change logs and documentation that track organizational transformation initiatives and their progress
- Facilitate adoption of new processes by creating training materials, user guides, and supporting teams through transitions
- Gather feedback from teams on process changes and new initiatives, synthesizing input to inform continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, timelines, risk logs, and dependency tracking
- Translate data into clear summaries and reports that help teams and leadership understand program status
- Support process adherence by helping teams follow established agile ceremonies and delivery practices
What you bring to Uplight
