Business Unit Manager - Blade Repair (m/w/d)

Role Overview

The Business Unit Manager - Blade Repair leads all blade service activities across Canada. This includes quoting and planning projects, managing budgets, procuring materials, supporting recruitment and training, providing technical expertise, and overseeing project execution.

This role can be remote within Canada, with regular travel to sites and Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead blade inspections, repairs, and upgrades
• Prepare quotes, scopes of work, and manage budgets
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support
• Manage blade technicians and support recruitment/training
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Oversee scheduling, logistics, and client communication

Requirements

• Strong experience in wind turbine blade inspection and repair
• Proven project and team management experience
• Knowledge of blade repair materials and processes
• Experience with budgeting and tendering
• Blade repair certifications required
• Willingness to travel
