This role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of extensive experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a strong proficiency in Apex coding, configuration, and various integration techniques. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud, with additional preference for candidates with Agent Force certification.

What you will be doing

• Architect and Develop Salesforce Solutions: Design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies
• Integration: Lead the integration of Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools
• Configuration and Customization: Configure Salesforce to meet complex business requirements, including custom objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules
• Data Management: Oversee data migrations, data cleansing, and ensure data integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions and integrations
• Best Practices: Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines

Who you are and What you bring

• Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture
• Proficiency: Expert skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce configuration
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant. Agent Force certification is a plus
• Integration Techniques: Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration techniques
• Architecture Patterns: Deep understanding of various architecture patterns and best practices in Salesforce
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
• Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce
