Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Developer to join our dynamic Development team and play a key role in driving our renewable energy project pipeline forward.

• Pipeline Coordination: Manage relationships with external developers and engineering providers to drive the progress of the renewable energy pipeline.
• Feasibility & Analysis: Assess the technical feasibility and financial profitability of potential PV projects using simulation tools to evaluate capacity.
• Transaction Support: Provide critical support for land acquisition and M&A activities, including the review of technical documentation and due diligence.
• Permitting & Local Engagement: Actively participate in the permitting process by engaging with local authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Internal Collaboration: Partner with EPC and Asset Management teams to ensure a seamless transition from the initial project concept to final execution.
• Strategic Reporting: Report directly to the Head of Development on project status, risks, and milestone achievements.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Engineering;
• At least 1-2 years of valuable experience in renewable energy project development;
• In-depth knowledge of sector regulations and local/regional regulations;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills;
• Excellent project coordination and teamwork capabilities;
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy.
