We are looking for a Recruiter to join Sunly and take ownership of full-cycle hiring across the organisation. You will work closely with hiring managers, another Recruiter and the People team to build strong, future-proof teams. Your scope will range from tech and IT roles to business and commercial profiles.
Recruitment plays a key role in our long-term success. The teams we build today shape what we can achieve tomorrow - which is why we care deeply about getting hiring right, while keeping the process human, clear and efficient.
What you will work on
- Owning the full recruitment cycle - from hiring kick-off meetings to offer and onboarding handover.
- Partnering with hiring managers to clarify needs, challenge assumptions, and shape role profiles.
- Recruiting across a wide range of roles from technical and business profiles.
- Actively sourcing candidates and managing incoming applications.
- Conducting interviews and coordinating interview processes.
- Creating a candidate experience that is human, transparent, respectful and fast.
- Supporting employer branding and continuously improving recruitment processes as Sunly grows.
What describes you
- Have experience owning full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast-growing company.
- Enjoy working with different teams and hiring for a broad mix of roles.
- You are curious by nature and want to understand the business, what teams actually do, and what "great" looks like in each role.
- You enjoy being a true partner to hiring managers, helping them sharpen profiles, make thoughtful decisions and keep hiring moving forward.
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and in a way that builds trust.
- Are organised enough to run several hiring processes in parallel - without losing the human touch.
- Have a proactive and adaptable mindset (priorities can change quickly).
- Speak English and Estonian fluently.
