Your main responsibilities are
- Be responsible for project management for the projects under the lean delivery model;
- Interfacing with sales and sales engineers to understand the contract requirement;
- Interacting with the internal stakeholders such as engineering, planning, logistics, trade finance for the smooth execution of a project;
- Be the main contact with external customers for the delivery of a project and resolve any issues that may pop up during the project phase;
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
You will shine in this role when you have
- 8~10 years related working experiences in international companies, preferably in marine industry.
- Excellent leadership, team development, communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, teamwork mindset.
- Hard working, demonstrating strong accountability.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Mandarin.
- Bachelor of Engineering or above.
