AI Engineer (f/m/d)

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by

• Designing, building and deploying GenAI agents to transform digital customer and employee experience across different communication channel
• Developing, optimizing and productionizing automation solutions with AI/ML methods to analyze structured and unstructured network data for actionable insights
• Working with large datasets to prototype, fine-tune and monitor LLMs and AI models in cloud environments
• Tracking market AI trends, proposing high-impact opportunities and lead pilot projects with clear success metrics
• Executing end-to-end digitization from rapid MVPs in small teams to group-wide deployments - delivering measurable value at each roadmap stage

Required for this position

• At least 1 year of experience in GenAI and know the key actions that help to deliver successful projects
• Hands-on experience with LLMs/GenAI (e.g. fine-tuning, prompting, RAG pipelines, tool integration) as well as assisting others in utilizing them effectively
• Strong Python skills for model development, data pipelines and analysis, ML and working with GenAI libraries
• At least one year of experience in developing and applying artificial intelligence solutions in business environments
• An understanding of the value created by rapid prototyping, MVPs, or pilot projects, with direct involvement in their implementation

Salary range for this position group

is 4290 to 6440 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
