Aufgaben

Project Setup & Planning

• Commercial setup of EPC projects
• Budgeting projects and planning revenues, cost and cash positions
• Planning of project milestones to ensure positive cash flow
• Support in commercial contract negotiations and foreign exchange management acc. to company standards
• Management and monitoring of Bonds/Guarantees

Financial Management & Reporting

• Management of all commercial topics to ensure commercial realization of EPC projects in time, costs and cash budgets
• Projects' costs and liquidity planning, forecasting, analysis and measurements of financial projects' KPI's
• Responsible for proactively identifying and promptly communicating drivers of project cost overruns, defending project profitability from negative impacts
• Cash Management including evidence management and invoicing
• Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and project reviews

Contract & Claims Management

• Commercial and financial evaluation of contractual and project events
• Oversight of commercial contract management and claims handling
• Administration of payment securities and insurance claims

Financial Management & Reporting

• Invoicing, based on contracts' milestones timetables
• Weekly update of project costs calculation Masterfile (e.g., Excel, ERP systems)
• Handling ad-hoc financial queries and reporting (i.e. Adavcne payments to suppliers/subcontractors and advance payments by customers)
• Supporting continuous process improvements and business needs

Profil

• Degree in industrial engineering or business administration
• Must-have: Experience in commercial management of EPC projects and contracts in plant construction
• Nice-to-have: Background in the power plant or solar industry
• Strong knowledge in controlling, project costing, commercial contract and claim management
• Familiarity with financial instruments (e.g., FX, guarantees) and basic contract law
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP experience is a plus
• Proficient in Italian language
• Fluent in English additional languages are a plus
• Strong commercial analytical and financial forecasting skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable team player with intercultural competence
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
