Job Description
Eurotech Renewables is a dynamic and innovative renewable energy company that specializes in HVAC systems.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Executive with a proven track record to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, addressing their unique needs and showcasing our HVAC solutions.
- Conduct site meetings with clients to assess their specific energy requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Review and understand technical drawings, specifications, and documentation related to HVAC designs.
- Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and industry developments to identify potential areas for business growth and product/service improvement.
- Monitor and report on business development performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is an advantage
- A minimum of 3 years' experience and proven track record in technical sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and engage with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-focused approach to drive business growth and exceed targets.
- Solid understanding of financial principles and the ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis for clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Full Irish driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits.
