What you'll be doing

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Air Source Heat Pump Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, particularly in the installation and maintenance of air source heat pumps.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure high-quality installations and provide exceptional customer service.

• Installations - Installing Air Source Heat Pumps in residential properties according to our Heat Loss surveyors' design and ensuring a clean, tidy environment for yourself, your team and the customers.
• Maintenance and Repair - Perform routine maintenance and servicing of installed systems to ensure efficient operation, and also having the ability to diagnose and repair and issues or malfunctions with heat pumps.
• Customer Service - Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing them with information on the operation and maintenance of their systems and also addressing any customer concerns.
• Team Collaboration - Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
