Job Description
The Operational Excellence team is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on identifying opportunities for process optimization, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on the progress of improvement initiatives and their impact on key performance indicators.
- Provide coaching and support to teams in the application of process improvement tools and techniques.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Operations Management).
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Tableau) is a plus.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or a related methodology is preferred.
