Job Description
You design, develop, and deliver customized training programs on AI advancements and tooling You ensure technical feasibility, sustainability, and scalability of AI solutions You support the evolution of AI pilots (MVPs and PoCs) into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions You assist in the architecture and development of robust data pipelines and data management frameworks You provide hands-on technical expertise to project teams implementing AI and ML solutions You evaluate existing data infrastructure and recommend improvements for optimal AI performance You advise on best practices for the industrialization and scalability of AI systems You support technical troubleshooting and solution optimization of AI models in production You collaborate closely with data engineers and IT teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms You facilitate technical workshops to enhance internal AI capabilities across business teams. You document technical procedures, solution architecture, and implementation guidelines for AI tools and frameworks
Your profile
You hold a university degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent You are a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills You show a high level of engagement and initiative Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. A good knowledge of French and German will be considered as an advantage.
