Momentum Solar is in search of an experienced Field Marketing to help launch our Connecticut team as we continue our nation-wide expansion in America's rapidly growing renewable energy space.

From marketing and sales to financing and installations, we handle everything in-house and price ourselves on providing a seamless in-house experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the hiring of new canvassers
- Guiding and coaching your team to generate door-to-door solar leads for our in-home sales team.
- Coordinating and running daily in-office trainings and meetings
- Managing marketing territory
- Analyzing your teams numbers to uncover trends and improve efficiencies
- Working with senior leadership to develop the CT market
Your exceptional relationship management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment will be critical to your success.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of canvassing or door-to-door sales experience
- Proven canvassing leadership experience
- A passion for coaching and developing leaders.
- A "lead from the front" mentality
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional demeanor
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle screening so you can drive a company vehicle
