Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for renewable energy? We're looking for a friendly, proactive, and positive Business Development Manager to lead our growth across Central Asia.

In this role, you will drive business expansion within the Central Asian market-identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting the growth of our product portfolio in a fast-evolving energy landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse market demand across Central Asian countries and evaluate data to identify business opportunities and economic potential
  • Develop and implement new business models, including expanding and upgrading the product portfolio
  • Lead product development initiatives, particularly in areas such as PV systems, BESS, EV charging infrastructure, and hydrogen solutions
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams across different countries
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Collect, analyse, and present data to support strategic decision-making
  • Prepare regular reports, track progress, identify risks, and propose solutions

Requirements

Experience & Background

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or product development
  • At least 3 years of experience in the energy sector
  • Experience in project development is an advantage
  • University degree in electrical engineering, power engineering, electronics, or a related technical field
  • Strong technical understanding of energy systems

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking with a proactive and analytical mindset
  • Leadership, coaching, and organisational skills
  • Business acumen and data analysis capabilities
  • Time management and ability to work independently
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and AI tools is an advantage
  • Uzbek and Russian language proficiency (min. C2)
  • English language proficiency (min. B1)
