As a leading renewable energy developer and operator, we are now looking for an O&M Coordinator to take ownership of operational excellence at our solar PV plant in Rutki, Poland. For more information, please see: Rutki - OX2

This is a key role that demands technical expertise, enabling you to directly impact plant performance, safety, and long-term value creation.

Your Role

As O&M Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of operations and maintenance activities, ensuring optimal plant performance while maintaining the highest standards in safety, compliance, and efficiency, with the support of other functions.

You will:

• Lead and coordinate contractors across all O&M activities.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, environmental, and safety standards.
• Take ownership of budget, schedule, quality, HSE, and performance outcomes.
• Optimize plant performance, availability, and profitability.
• Act as the technical representative toward stakeholders, including investors, lenders, authorities, and partners.
• Support asset management initiatives to maximize long-term value.

Key Responsibilities Include

Operations and Maintenance

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all maintenance activities (preventive, corrective, and advanced).
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, civil, and security systems maintenance.
• Ensure proper inventory, spare parts, and lifecycle management of plant assets.
• Manage the transition from construction to O&M phase.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization

• Monitor plant performance using SCADA and other systems.
• Track KPIs such as availability, PR, and downtime.
• Analyse data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Prepare operational reports (daily to annual).

Health, Safety and Compliance

• Promote a strong safety culture across all site activities.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulatory frameworks.
• Maintain documentation for audits and inspections.

Stakeholder management & Coordination

• Act as a liaison between site teams, management, and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with grid operators and regulatory authorities.
• Support upgrades, expansions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

We believe you combine technical expertise with a structured, solution-oriented and flexible mindset.

You have:

• A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience in solar PV O&M or similar roles.
• Solid understanding of PV systems, inverters, transformers, and grid integration.
• Experience with SCADA and monitoring systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Effective communicator and team player.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Professional proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with digital and AI-driven tools is a plus.
• Professional fluency in English is a must.
