Job Description
We are looking for experienced Wind Turbine Technicians to support installation projects across Europe. Professional working proficiency in Portuguese is required.
The role involves participation in the complete wind turbine installation process - from main installation to final handover - while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
FlexWind delivers wind turbine installation projects across European markets, working with international technical teams. As our project portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for experienced technicians interested in project-based work in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and electrical work during onshore wind turbine installation.
- Participate in the full installation cycle, including main installation and final handover.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising during installation activities.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, manufacturer procedures, and project requirements.
- Cooperate closely with technical teams, site management, and project coordinators.
Requirements
- Professional working proficiency in Portuguese is required.
- Communicative level of English.
- Practical experience working with wind turbines (e.g. Vestas, Enercon, or other platforms).
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and installation manuals.
- Valid GWO BST certificates (or willingness to renew).
Strong awareness of safety and quality standards. - This role requires the candidate to be eligible to work in the EU without sponsorship.
