Job Description
We are looking for experienced Offshore Wind Turbine Technicians to join our installation team on projects across Europe.

About the Role
As an Offshore Wind Turbine Technician, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of wind turbines on offshore wind farms.
You will work in a rotation system offshore, collaborating with an international, multi-disciplinary team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing and commissioning wind turbines in line with OEM procedures and project requirements
- Performing mechanical and electrical assembly (nacelle, hub, blades, tower sections, auxiliary systems)
- Carrying out inspections, torqueing, tensioning and quality checks
- Supporting troubleshooting during installation and early operation
- Working closely with lifting teams, supervisors and client representatives
- Completing documentation (checklists, reports, permits to work)
- Following HSE standards at all times, including PPE and rescue procedures
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a wind turbine technician (offshore installation preferred)
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical background
- Valid GWO certificates (BST minimum; full package is a plus)
- Offshore medical & survival certificates (e.g. OGUK/ENG1, BOSIET/FOET or equivalent)
- Ability to work at height, in confined spaces and offshore conditions
- Communicative English
- EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization
Nice to Have
- OEM trainings (e.g. Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, GE, Nordex)
- Experience on jack-up or installation vessels
- Experience with blade installation, rotor lifts or MCE
- Projects in the North Sea or Baltic Sea
