What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement energy efficiency programs
• Analyze data and provide insights to drive program improvements and optimize performance
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
• Monitor and report on program progress, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• Identify and pursue opportunities for program expansion and growth
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, environmental science, business)
• 3+ years of experience in program management, energy efficiency, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge of energy efficiency programs and policies is a plus
