Your Missions

Renvolt is looking for a Revamping Engineer to identify and deliver optimization opportunities across our assets. The role combines technical and financial analysis, solution design, and project execution support, while also contributing to bidding, sales, and client engagement activities.

The main responsibilities include:

• Analyze technical and financial performance of assets and identify optimization opportunities;
• Perform cost-benefit analyses to support investment decisions;
• Define detailed technical solutions and execution strategies in coordination with engineering teams;
• Develop and/or validate technical project documentation and engineering deliverables for revamping solutions;
• Manage the interface between O&M and Engineering teams during the project conception and execution phases;
• Support the Sales team by identifying target clients and projects;
• Support the bidding team in the proposal execution process including technical solution description, planning, engineering and execution costs;
• Support the commercial teams during the discussions and negotiations with potential customers.

Qualifications & Experiences

The ideal candidate will be/have:

• Engineering Degree (Electrical, Renewable Energy, Computer Science or Data Science); Master's degree is a plus;
• More than 3 years of relevant professional experience (preferably in renewable energy or electrical engineering);
• Experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly in construction, O&M, or revamping, is a plus;
• Knowledge of engineering process of electrical system LV or MV, Solar PV systems is a plus;
• Knowledge of simulation tools to estimate energy production (PVSYST) is a plus;
• Experience with engineering tools (AutoCAD, or similar) is a plus;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook);
• English proficiency (mandatory).
