Job Description

Responsible for coordinating the management of various engineering projects of the company (including schedule control, cost control and risk control), guiding and supporting the work of the engineering department, ensuring the smooth implementation and quality of the projects, and supervising and inspecting the project process.

Responsible for project budget preparation and management, organized reasonable division of labor and cooperation among team members, effectively integrated project resources, and ensured the smooth completion of the project as planned; Responsible for controlling the specific progress of the project, timely finding and reminding the possible risks of the project, and organizing the relevant resources of the project to effectively prevent, to ensure the completion of the project as scheduled.

Responsible for the training and guidance of subordinate employees, and establish a good corporate culture.

Participate in the implementation and implementation of the company's overall strategic planning, and improve the company's brand image and business level.

Assist the leader to complete other management work of the department.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience

Bachelor degree or above, 5-10 years project management experience, English as the working language;

Familiar with the project management process, with strong organizational, communication and execution skills, strong learning ability;

Chemical and engineering related fields are preferred;

Work experience in chemical engineering company, design institute and other project experience of Party B is preferred;

Overseas project experience is preferred.
