Job Description

You finished your technical education, graduate in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar fields and want a job in technology but lacking experience? Learn how to maintain wind turbines step by step while working on an offshore wind farm. You will follow a practical training program designed specifically for individuals without experience.

The ideal candidate should be based within commuting distance of Leba.

What You Bring

• You are a great teammate, as collaboration is crucial when working at heights.
• You have motivation and a strong eagerness to learn - no prior experience is needed.
• You enjoy working with your hands and collaborating with others.
• You have an open attitude and are ready to accept new challenges.
• You speak English and can communicate effectively with your team.
• You live within 1 hour of the wind farm location and are between 18 and 40 years old.

Extra

First years you go "on the job" training on multiple windfarms in Europe to gain experience. After that you go work on your local windfarm, Baltica 2 or Baltyk II and III.
