Key Responsibilities

• Designing water treatment and industrial technology systems, including process schemes and flows
• Selecting materials, sorption media, filtration media and chemicals for water applications
• Applying physical and chemical water treatment principles across key technologies (filtration, membranes, coagulation, disinfection)
• Contributing to all project phases from offer preparation to commissioning and handover
• Supporting pilot testing, operational optimization and providing technical input for project closure
• Cooperating with Production and providing technical support during manufacturing and assembly
• Participating in service activities across Water Treatment, Lake Management, Remediation and Wells & Resources
• Preparing documentation and supporting standardization and knowledge sharing
• Ensuring technical quality and continuity throughout the full project lifecycle

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in at least one of the following: water management, drinking water or wastewater treatment, or construction-related works
• Experience with commissioning, operation, service, troubleshooting, or cost optimization/value engineering is an advantage
• University degree in a relevant technical field
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Category B driving licence and active driving experience
• Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic and abroad
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and collaborate
• Independent, responsible and results-oriented working style
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong client-focused mindset with the ability to understand needs and propose solutions
• Strategic and analytical thinking, including strong data-analysis skills
