The Renewable Thermal Collaborative (RTC) is the leading global coalition focused on decarbonizing thermal energy with renewable solutions. RTC Solutions Providers include renewable thermal technology developers, project financiers, consultants, and utilities with expertise in biomethane, electrification, geothermal, solar thermal, thermal storage, and more. The RTC focuses its educational program across the intersecting issues of technology, market development, and policy. RTC Members and Solutions Providers learn from peers, build pre-commercial relationships, and advance solutions through regular working group calls, in-person convenings, case studies, and other RTC resources, which ultimately aim to create a future for industry without thermal emissions.

  • Experience managing complex project workflows and timelines and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Experience and understanding of change management.
  • Excellent project management and budgeting skills, including strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience synthesizing and summarizing complex information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working independently.
  • An understanding of climate change, renewable energy, and industry decarbonization, and nonprofit players involved in these issues.
  • Passion for improving the climate, sustainability, and increasing the use of renewable energy.
