We are looking for a results-driven Service Manager - Nordics to lead and grow our technical service operations across the Nordics. This role combines team leadership, business development, and operational management, with a focus on delivering high-quality, integrated service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop regional technical teams (field service & hotline)
• Build and manage subcontractor/service partner networks
• Expand service portfolio (O&M, repairs, energy, renewables, EV charging)
• Collaborate with sales on integrated product + service offers
• Manage vendor partnerships (CSP/ASP programs)
• Support marketing and participate in industry events
• Implement and maintain quality standards and processes
• Provide technical support to key accounts
• Manage regional budget and performance
• Oversee recruitment, training, and team development
• Deliver regular performance and financial reports

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in technical/service management (energy or related preferred)
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Commercial mindset with negotiation experience
• Technical background (engineering degree required; PV/EV knowledge a plus)
• Experience with budgeting, quality processes, and performance management
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel within the region
• Fluent English; additional Nordic languages are an advantage
