We are looking for an experienced Interconnection Manager to lead the interconnection strategy for major transmission, HVDC/HVAC, renewable integration and grid infrastructure projects.
This is both a technical coordination and development-support role. The Interconnection Manager will manage interconnection processes, lead the follow-up of system impact and facilities studies, support technical negotiations with ISOs/RTOs, utilities and transmission owners, and translate interconnection outcomes into clear project implications.
You will be accountable for advancing interconnection activities in alignment with the overall project strategy, commercial objectives, regulatory framework, schedule, cost exposure and execution readiness.

- Support the preparation, submission and follow-up of interconnection requests, study scopes, technical documentation, network upgrade assessments and related agreements.
- Review system impact studies, facilities studies, network upgrade requirements, cost allocation assumptions, operating constraints, reliability requirements and schedule implications.
- Advance study outcomes by coordinating internal experts, external consultants, utilities, transmission owners and project stakeholders around clear assumptions, open issues, technical positions and decision points.
- Support technical negotiations with ISOs/RTOs, utilities and transmission owners, ensuring alignment with project strategy, commercial objectives, regulatory requirements, cost exposure and execution feasibility.
- Translate interconnection study results into clear project implications, including technical requirements, design impacts, schedule risks, cost exposure, regulatory obligations and mitigation actions.
- Coordinate closely with HVDC/HVAC leads, system studies experts, project managers, legal advisors, commercial teams and external consultants to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Identify and manage risks related to interconnection queue position, study assumptions, network upgrades, facilities requirements, technical constraints, cost exposure, regulatory obligations and execution schedule.
