Deine zukünftige Aufgabe

• Erste Anlaufstelle für telefonische Anfragen
• Registrierung Aufträge in LIMS
• Verwaltung der Muster
• Übernahme diverser Logistikaufgaben der Analytik
• Ausführung von Bestellungen
• Verwaltung der Materialverbrauchslager
• Erstellung von Rechnungen für unsere Kunden

Du als Mensch und was du mitbringst

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Laborbereich
• Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
• Deutsche Sprache (verhandlungssicher)
• Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise, Motivation und effektive Verfolgung von Zielen
• Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
• Offene Persönlichkeit, welche auch gerne auf Personen zugeht
• Freude haben am kontinuierlichen verbessern der Prozesse
