Job Description

Our NDT team in the Goleniów factory plays a critical role in ensuring the structural integrity and quality of wind turbine blades and components. Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform inspections of blades and components during production
• Plan and execute full scans, measurements, calculations, and IR/UT analyses according to Vestas procedures
• Approve or reject products, components, and processes based on quality requirements
• Define repair scope according to instructions and acceptance criteria
• Create and verify Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
• Maintain inspection and control records
• Collaborate closely with production and support departments

Qualifications

• Secondary or higher education (technical background preferred)
• Experience as a NDT Technician
• Familiarity with technical documentation (e.g., work instructions)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Patience, attention to detail, good memory, analytical skills and multitasking ability

• Ability to interpret and apply technical standards and procedures

Additional information

Primary work location will be at the factory in Goleniów, Poland. You will be working on rotational shifts 6:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00, or 22:00 - 06:00. Applications are handled on an ongoing basis.
