Team Leaders - Wind Turbine Installation (Top, Ground, Preparation & Cable Teams)

Location: Europe & UK
Start: ASAP
Rotation: 6/2 or 4/2

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of installation teams on site.
• Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
• Support and supervise installation activities within Top, Ground, Preparation, or Cable teams.
• Coordinate tasks, resources, and communication between technicians and site management.
• Monitor quality standards, productivity, and compliance with HSE procedures.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and daily planning activities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Report progress, challenges, and project updates to site management.

Requirements

Experience

• Proven experience in wind turbine installation projects.
• Vestas Installation C-Level certification (mandatory).
• Previous experience in a Team Leader, Lead Technician, or similar supervisory role is highly preferred.

Certifications

• GWO BST and GWO BTT (preferably all 5 modules completed)
• Vestas C-Level certifications.

Skills

• Strong understanding of wind turbine installation processes.
• Mechanical and hydraulic experience; electrical knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to lead teams in a dynamic project environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Language

• English - minimum B1 level.
