We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver projects across international operations. The role requires a proactive and results-oriented professional who can manage projects end-to-end, build strong stakeholder relationships, and work effectively in a dynamic international environment.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure successful project execution while maintaining high operational and quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience in project management, preferably within energy, renewable energy, construction, or industrial sectors.
- Higher education in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project risks.
- Ability to work effectively in an international and fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from planning through execution and final delivery.
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Monitor project progress and ensure delivery according to agreed objectives.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation actions proactively.
- Manage communication with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support commercial project activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and change management.
- Collaborate closely with operational and corporate departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support and guide junior team members when needed.
- Promote continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
