Running Onshore and Offshore wind service , major component exchanges and/or installation projects is not about maintaining plans in Excel - it's about making things happen on site, taking ownership, and delivering results in a demanding, operational environment.

We are looking for a Project Manager who takes full accountability, understands how projects actually run in the field, and is comfortable being responsible for both execution and results - including financial outcomes.

This role is about delivery, ownership and accountability - not just coordination.

Your qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within wind, offshore, MCE, installation or technical service projects
• Strong execution mindset - you understand how projects actually run on site, not only on paper
• High level of accountability and ownership for results and decisions
• Solid understanding of:
  • project financials
  • budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, international environment
• Strong communication skills - clear, structured, and solution-oriented
• Ability to stay in control and take decisions in challenging situations
• Client-focused approach and ability to build trust quickly
• Very good English, other European languages are highly valued
• Willingness to travel and be present where the project is

Your Role

• Take full accountability for project delivery - from planning through execution to final close-out
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
• Maintain full visibility and ownership of project financials, including: monthly financial reporting, invoicing, work-in-progress (WIP), accounts receivable and follow-ups
• Act as the main point of contact for the client and ensure structured, transparent communication
• Work closely with site teams, operations, engineering, and subcontractors to drive execution
• Proactively manage risks, changes, delays, and commercial topics
• Ensure handover quality, documentation, and project closure standards are met
• Drive problem-solving on a daily basis - take ownership when things don't go as planned
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards at all stages
