Key Responsibilities

• Tackling and resolving technical issues in photovoltaic (PV) power plants
• Supporting troubleshooting, repairs, and ongoing maintenance activities
• Working closely with your supervisor to complete assigned tasks
• Preparing clear and accurate work reports
• Collaborating with local service partners, subcontractors, manufacturers, and distributors
• Contributing to a safe working environment by following internal HSE practices
• Ensuring high‑quality service delivery and compliance with customer requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Background as an electrician or electronics technician (ANRE authorization = big plus)
• Fluent Romanian and communicative level of English
• Category B driving license - active driver
• Solid Microsoft Office skills
• Strong independence, organization, and problem‑solving mindset
• Reliability, responsibility, and flexibility
• Genuine desire to learn, grow, and keep up with new technologies
