保护技术项目经理

Job Description

You will lead the Protection and Metering scope for offshore wind, PtX and energy transmission projects. That means you will be involved from the bidding process, all the way through the project execution and the project is handed over to service. You will simultaneously work in sales opportunities and projects. Besides the sales and project teams, you will have a close collaboration with our sales department, procurement function as well as our international business unit.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead and manage the protection and metering design scope across project lifecycle from sales to execution and handover
• Create concept design for Protection and Metering: Protection philosophies, Protection Single Line Diagrams, etc.
• Manage interfaces with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to ensure technical alignment
• Drive technical procurement activities and support supplier selection and onboarding
• Ensure compliance with project requirements through participation in FAT and SAT activities
• Execute quality assurance of supplier deliverables to meet technical and project standards

What You Bring

• Degree in electrical engineering or similar with solid experience in protection systems for high-voltage substations
• Proven experience managing technical scopes in complex energy projects
• Strong understanding of protection design, interfaces, and substation system integration
• Experience working with suppliers and managing technical deliverables
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in English is required

You will join a growing Secondary Engineering team responsible for delivering protection and control solutions for complex substation projects. The team operates in a collaborative and international setup, working closely with project management, procurement, and other engineering teams.
