Job Description

Successful candidates must live in the San Antonio, TX area.

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Commercial Field Specialist! As a Commercial Field Specialist you will act as a local on-site program and company representative to commercial customers. You will be conducting energy efficiency HVAC Maintenance Tune Ups, pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. You can expect to be providing technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.

You're a great fit if you can...

• Travel throughout a defined territory performing A/C Tune Ups.
• Trains field staff and develops training materials and guidelines on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits of commercial energy efficiency upgrades that involve further complexity and analysis
• Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products
• Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.

• High school or GED w/Industry TDLR Certification preferred
• EPA Type Universal (required)

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

$55,700.00 - $83,500.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
