Job Description

Support the COO Office in driving a cross-functional AI taskforce by accelerating sprint teams regarding AI use case validation, prototyping and testing. In addition, support on selected broader COO Office topics (e.g. reporting and presentations).

What you will do

  • Support and actively contribute to AI taskforce sprint teams by structuring use cases, building and testing prototypes, and tracking progress
  • Translate business use cases into functional AI solutions and validate feasibility through hands-on testing and iteration
  • Contribute own ideas for AI use cases and suitable tools to help accelerate sprint activities across teams
  • Support the transition of validated use cases towards wider implementation
  • Monitor relevant AI trends and competitor developments in the renewables industry and translate findings into concrete recommendations
  • Provide support on AI related questions in the COO area
  • Provide flexible support on further COO Office topics (e.g. presentations, research, reporting)

What you will need to succeed

  • Strong interest in AI and its application in business environments
  • Proven hands-on experience with AI tools and technologies (e.g. through university projects, internships, or similar)
  • Ability to independently design, prototype and iterate AI-based solutions (e.g. simple automation, chatbot, data analysis tools)
  • Understanding of data handling (e.g. data preparation, data quality considerations) and proven experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple topics in parallel
  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program, ideally with link to AI application
  • Based in Munich and availability for at least 8 months
