- Collaborate closely with reliability and maintenance experts to translate maintenance requirements into system solutions.
- Identify opportunities to leverage digital technologies and AI-driven solutions to improve maintenance data management and decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of procedures that improve data accuracy, consistency, and long-term sustainability.
- Translate business needs into clear data requirements through stakeholder engagements to data structures.
Your Profile
- You hold a Master's degree in Marine Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a related field.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a data, engineering, maintenance, or asset management environment.

- You have experience working with large datasets and are comfortable querying and analyzing data using tools such as SQL, Power BI, etc.
- You have solid understanding of the principles of data governance, data stewardship, data quality, and structured data management.
- You are analytical, curious, and enjoy investigating how data supports operational decision-making.
- You possess strong project coordination skills and can engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with maintenance management or asset management systems such as MAS9, Maximo, AMOS, TM Master, SAP, or similar solutions is highly valued.
- Knowledge of AI, digitalization initiatives, or data-driven asset management is considered an asset.
- You are not expected to be a software developer or programmer; the focus is on data management, quality, governance, and implementation within a maintenance environment.
