Your tasks
- Test specification & test case implementation in automated test software (EXAM) for functions of battery storage system within windfarms
- Execution & evaluation and analysis of HiL-tests (Hardware-in-the-Loop)
- Commissioning and parametrization of new firmware on the device-under-tests for the HiL-system
- Debugging and optimization of parameters of the firmware of the BESS-System and superior controller
- Operation of test equipment and test automation infrastructure
- Collaboration in agile development teams
Your qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
- Solid understanding of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and their integration into renewable energy systems
- Experience with HiL systems (e.g., dSPACE) and automated test environments, especially EXAM
- Experience in test specification, test case implementation, and execution of automated HiL tests
- Ability to analyze and evaluate test results, including identifying root causes of failures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, especially in interdisciplinary and agile teams
