Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Energy Technician III. Acts as local on-site program and company representative to residential customers. Install energy efficient equipment, conduct pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Provides technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, and recommends solutions.

• Conduct installation of residential energy efficiency upgrades
• Provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.
• Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products
• Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.
• Travel throughout a defined territory

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have...

• 1-3 Years of experience
• High school or Associates Degree w/relevant industry technical certification/training preferred
• BPI Certified preferred; if currently do not hold this certification ability to get certified is needed for this role

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

$25.00 - $37.50

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
