建设经理 - 生物甲烷 (f/m/d)

Axpo Servizi Produzione Italia is looking for a Costruction Manager for projects in Italy. The Construction Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of biomethane plant construction projects within the Country. The role oversees simultaneous project execution, ensuring all plants are delivered on time, within budget, and to required technical, safety, and environmental standards. The position combines strategic oversight, portfolio management, and hands-on leadership of multiple project teams, including EPC contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple biomethane plants construction concurrently
• Manage EPC contractors and contracts
• Ensure projects meet budgets, timelines, and specs
• Oversee HSE compliance
• Coordinate stakeholders and regulators
• Lead construction teams and reporting
• Support commissioning and handover to operations

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil or related)
• 10-15+ years in industrial construction
• strong biomethane/biogas or energy project background
• Multi-project leadership, EPC contract management, knowledge of biomethane processes, cost control and planning, stakeholder management
• Fluent in English and Italian

What we offer

CCNL: Aziende del Terziario, distribuzione e servizi (Aziende del commercio).

RAL compresa tra 50.000 euro e 65.000 euro - In base agli elementi curriculari che emergeranno durante la fase selettiva, sempre sulla base di criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere, verrà individuata la retribuzione specifica da offrire al candidato.
