间接销售发展 (m/w/d)

Join Axpo Portugal and help expand our indirect sales network by building strong partnerships and identifying new business opportunities in the energy market. We value initiative, collaboration, and customer-focused thinking.

What you will do

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new indirect sales partners across Portugal
• Develop long-term relationships with brokers, consultants, installers, and strategic partners
• Support partners throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to contract signature
• Collaborate with internal teams including Pricing, Operations, Legal, Credit, and Customer Experience
• Train partners on Axpo products, commercial processes, and value proposition
• Monitor sales performance, maintain CRM pipelines, and identify new market opportunities

What you bring & who you are

• You have experience in B2B sales, Key Account Management, or indirect sales channel development
• You enjoy building relationships and identifying new business opportunities
• You communicate confidently in Portuguese and English
• You are organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• You have strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ideally, you bring experience in the Portuguese energy market, Salesforce, Power BI, or Spanish language skills
