Responsibilities

• Managing and growing a portfolio of aftermarket and service customers
• Building long-term partnerships with key accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Identifying new business opportunities and driving aftermarket sales growth
• Leading commercial discussions, preparing quotations, and negotiating pricing and contracts
• Working closely with engineering, operations, and production teams to deliver the best solutions for customers
• Monitoring market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support business strategy
• Maintaining accurate CRM data, sales reporting, and forecasts

Our requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales or key account management
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
• Technical awareness and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value
• A proactive, self-driven approach and strong organizational skills
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 25% of the time)
