We are looking for a Werfleider (M/V/X) with experience to join our team at Ministry of Solar. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing solar installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of technicians and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee solar installation projects from start to finish
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Provide training and support to team members
• Prepare project reports and documentation

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a project manager or foreman in the construction or renewable energy sector
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of solar installation processes and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Relevant certifications in project management or solar installation are a plus
