OT系统架构师

To strengthen our team at the Bolzano office, we are looking for an OT System Architect (IT technologies in an industrial context).

The OT (Operational Technology) department is responsible for the design and management of technological systems for energy production plants in the following areas:

• Telecommunications and networking
• Cybersecurity and video surveillance
• Monitoring, remote control, and data acquisition (SCADA, PLC, RTU)

The candidate will be required to

• Support the manager in:
  • Designing OT systems for new plants and for improvements to existing plants;
  • Implementing cybersecurity policies in compliance with current directives/regulations;
  • Drafting specifications for suppliers and analyzing their executive plans.
• Support the Project Managers in OT-related activities during the design phase, supplier negotiations, system implementation during construction, and testing;
• Keep technical documentation for OT plants up to date (schematics, configurations).

Required educational background

• Bachelor's degree in telecommunications/electronics/energy engineering/computer science or related fields, or alternatively, a technical high school diploma with specific training course certificates and/or proven experience in the OT field

Essential requirements

• Excellent knowledge of IP computer networks and telecommunications systems (cable, fiber, radio) and related equipment
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and electronics
• Basic knowledge of technical drawing/CAD software
• Ability to synthesize, work in a team, and be proactive
• Goal-oriented
• Good knowledge of the English language

Preferred qualifications

• Work experience in designing, maintaining, or managing computer networks, preferably in an industrial OT environment
• Experience with SCADA/DCS/PLC/RTU systems, especially in energy production plants
• Familiarity with basic work on electrical and technological panels and related wiring and installations (e.g., network installations, alarms, cameras, antennas)
• Basic knowledge of the NIS/NIS2 directive in cybersecurity or the IEC62443 standards in OT
• Basic knowledge of software for designing network topologies (MS Visio, yEd, etc.) or alternatively good knowledge of CAD
• PES/PAV certification for work on low voltage electrical installations and/or suitability for work at height

The contract type and salary level will be determined based on the profile and experience of the selected candidate
