To strengthen our team in Milan, Italy, we are looking for a HR Assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Recruiting and applicant management
• HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle
• Contact person for our employees and managers
• Development of employer branding measures
• Further development of employees, training and further education organisation
• Support with the preparation of monthly payroll accounting

Your profile

• Completed commercial training and/or academic training in business administration or similar
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Sound knowledge of Italian and ideally Spanish labour law
• Excellent knowledge of English, German (nice to have)
• Very good computer skills (MS Office)
• Knowledge of payroll accounting
• Communication skills and professional demeanour
