Process requests from Solar Project Coordinators/Project Managers with the following tasks via Creatio or email utilizing Sagee 300 CRE to process the work.

Responsibilities

• Process Lot Conversions from Cash Purchase to Monthly Lease or vice versa. Determine appropriate budget adjustments, billing adjustments, and Builder Referral Fee to be submitted or rescinded.
• Process Budget Revision requests to update Panel Type, System Size, Address, and Lot Deletion, etc.
• Back-up to create Dummy Invoices for Referral Fees when lots are installed and submitted to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to determine check payments to Builders.
• Back-up to create a new job set up for Solar New Construction:
  • Builder Models/Phases, Commercial, Multifamily, or Single-Family Detached Homes
  • Custom Homes (Customer Residence or Builder Lot).
• Create electronic File Folders for documentation under each Builder/Project Name.
• Update a job/lot budget as requested or add a new lot to an existing job number.
• Create a new WIP (Work in Progress) form when a job is set up or revise existing WIP when a new lot is added, and email to the appropriate Biller in the Team.
• File the Job Budget Report in SharePoint when a new job is set up or additional lot(s) added.
• Delete a job/lot set up in error or cancel if a Builder or Customer decides not to proceed.
• Back-up to update the Panel Budget file whenever jobs/lots are set up or updated with full budgets to keep track of the panel usage for inventory.

Billing

• Process invoices for lots that are prewired or installed with assigned Superintendents' Tracts.
• Determine if a lot is a Cash Purchase or Monthly Lease and locate the Purchase Order or Work Order for appropriate billing.
• Submit invoices to Builders by Email, U.S. Mail, or Builders' website.
• File Invoices and billing documents in the Team's Shared Drive Invoice Folder under the Project Title.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of construction-related experience - Solar PV ideal but not required.
• 1-3 years of construction billing experience ideal.
• General construction knowledge is ideal but not required.
• Process management experience required.
• Detail oriented, attention and focus on data accuracy.
• Experience working with and managing Matrixed project teams.
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Regular, dependable, and predictable attendance required.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
