Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g., mechanic, electrician, carpenter, or similar)
• Ideally, experience in rotor blade inspection and repair
• Certified in rope access technology
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally, with a valid driver's license
• Good English communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• You repair rotor blades from the rope in offshore wind farms
• You inspect rotor blades and take measurements on the lightning protection system
• You and your team are responsible for the technical assessment and professional maintenance of rotor blades on wind turbines using rope access technology
• You are responsible for independently documenting the work carried out
• While you are working, you ensure that all safety rules are observed
