This role supports the company's mission by positioning its solar solutions competitively in a rapidly evolving energy market. The job holder will be a commercially experienced individual, with a proven ability in identifying high value opportunities, establishing and managing impactful networks, identifying and driving new business opportunities across multiple channels and achieving overall sales and revenue goals within Cash B2B.

This will involve actualizing new customer acquisitions, channel development, nurturing existing accounts and ensuring strong customer experience across all interactions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Execution

• Deliver sales and revenue targets at optimal cost.
• Generate leads, acquire clients, and convert opportunities into sales.
• Identify new sales opportunities and grow the business by recruiting and managing commercial, institutional, and distribution partners.
• Prepare and submit commercial proposals, tenders, and bids.
• Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitors, regulations, and emerging technologies.

Product & Value Proposition

• Maintain strong knowledge of solar products, technologies, and financing models.
• Communicate product value propositions effectively across customer segments.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, logistics, finance, and customer experience teams to deliver seamless service.

Performance Management & Reporting

• Track sales performance, business development KPIs, and revenue forecasts.
• Prepare performance reports for leadership, highlighting results, risks, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or related field such as Business administration, telecommunications.
• 3 years' experience in selling products in a rapid B2B environment. Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business.
• Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with teams, strong interpersonal skills enabling connects with people at various levels of seniority.
• A valid driving license.
• Relevant industry background will be an added advantage.
• Strong mind set for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding expectations and able to demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality.
• Affinity towards entrepreneurship, social enterprise, development of people, understanding potential benefits of Clean energy to consumers.
