Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and administration, with a proven track record of managing HR functions and supporting organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews
- Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Manage payroll and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administration
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
