Job Description

In this role, you’ll play a key part in our consolidated financial reporting, working across entities and systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. From intercompany reconciliations to automation initiatives, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a collaborative, international finance team.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Execute group-wide consolidation processes, including intercompany reconciliation and eliminations
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and internal reporting requirements
• Support the onboarding of new subsidiaries into the group reporting structure
• Drive improvements and standardization of consolidation and reporting processes
• Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders on all IFRS-related topics
• Contribute to special projects such as automation and finance system implementations

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in group accounting or external audit
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS; familiarity with HGB is a strong advantage
• Hands-on experience with consolidation tools (e.g., LucaNet)
• Advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a collaborative working style
