The Logistics and Distribution Coordinator will take charge of Replenishment Logistics from Warehouse to Sun King Shops Easy Buy outbound channel, Last Mile Delivery to Customers for the Power Hub Series. They will also ensure contract management and cost tracking as per industry best practice.
What you would be expected to do
- Design and maintain updated contract management / SLA for outbound logistics services.
- Tracking of Cost Management for the Logistics Outbound Costs through Management Reports.
- Design and Maintain SLA for an Agile and Efficient Last Mile delivery to Customers.
- Coordinate logistics for Exports (Intercompany + Partnership).
- Design and Maintain Route Plans for Outbound Logistics.
- Design and Maintain Truck Metrics tool for efficient load management.
- Design and Maintain Journey Management Plans for Outbound Logistics.
- Work with Stakeholders on an agile and Efficient Order Replenishment Matrix tool.
- Design and Maintain sustainable Reverse logistics SLA.
- Design and Maintain updated Outbound Safety Modules for the 4th Party Logistics Service providers.
- First level vouching and verification of outbound logistics invoices.
You might be a strong candidate if you
- Have a degree qualification preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration,
- Data Science or any Finance Related Course from a Premier Institution
- Have 3-4 years' experience in logistics planning and management
- Have an Excellent MS Excel and Google Sheets and presentation skills.
- Have the ability to work comfortably with and maintain large volumes of data.
- Have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Have the ability to work remotely under minimal supervision.
